I can’t find Meals Hub

  • It is not a separate download. Open the app for your store (Safeway, Albertsons, Vons, Jewel-Osco, ACME Markets, Shaw’s, Star Market, Pavilions, Randalls, Tom Thumb, Carrs and Haggen).
  • Tap the More icon in the bottom-right corner, then Meals Hub.
  • Update the app from the App Store or Google Play if the option is missing.
  • Apps named Mealhub or MealsHub in the app stores are unrelated products.

I can’t sign in

  • Your Mealime email and password do not work in Meals Hub. Use your store account; see Meals Hub login.
  • Sign in with the mobile number or email you use when shopping at that store.
  • Use the password reset on the store’s sign-in screen.

Recipes won’t add to the cart, or delivery is unavailable

  • Check a store is selected. If your linked store has closed, the store site asks you to choose a new one.
  • Delivery and pickup depend on your address; enter your ZIP code to see what is available.
  • Can’t shop at an Albertsons Companies store at all? Use Add ingredients to My List and take the list elsewhere; see the Meals Hub grocery list.

Hands-free cooking mode doesn’t respond

Hands-free mode moves to the next step when you wave a hand over the front camera, so the app needs camera access. Albertsons notes it excludes certain Samsung devices; on those, tap through the steps instead.

My Mealime app stopped working

That is expected. Mealime was discontinued on 21 October 2026 and its recipes moved to Meals Hub. Our Mealime not working page explains what still works, and every Mealime dinner is in our Mealime recipe archive.

Where to get help

Meals Hub is run by Albertsons Companies inside each store’s app, so support comes from the store: use Contact Us in the app or on the store website. We are an independent site and can’t see or fix your account.
