These terms are between you and Vanette’s Place Global LLC (“MealPot”, “we”, “us”). They cover the MealPot app for iPhone and Android. The MealPot website has its own website terms.

Using the app

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use MealPot on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. On iPhone, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Google Play’s terms apply on Android.

MealPot Pro

MealPot Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly.

  • The name, length and price are shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account (or Google Play account) when you confirm. If your offer includes a free trial, you’re charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
  • It renews at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account (or Google Play) settings, or from Profile → Manage Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
  • Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Grocery delivery

Where available, MealPot Concierge can shop your list and deliver it. Prices shown before shopping are estimates. The shopper buys the real items, so availability, replacements and shelf prices can differ. You approve an estimate with Apple Pay, then review the actual basket and total before accepting it. You are charged at delivery, and unavailable items are not charged. Payment is made with Apple Pay and processed by Stripe. Delivery windows depend on the store and shopper and aren’t guaranteed. Refunds for orders are available from Grocery Orders in Profile. Put perishable food away promptly.

Invitations and rewards

When invitations are open, you can invite friends to MealPot. The reward amount, waiting period and eligibility are shown in the app when you invite, and those terms apply to that invitation. Rewards are paid as gift cards through Tremendous, and the choice of retailers varies by country. We may pause invitations or refuse rewards for abuse, such as fake accounts or inviting yourself.

Food, nutrition and prices

Recipes, quantities, cook times, calorie and nutrition figures, and prices are provided for convenience and may contain errors. Fridge Chef, Calorie Snap and recipe import use AI, and their results can be wrong. None of this is medical, dietary or allergy advice. Always check labels and ingredients for allergens, and speak to a qualified professional about any health or dietary condition. MealPot is not affiliated with any store, and store names and brands belong to their owners.

Fair use

Don’t misuse the app, try to reverse-engineer or disrupt it, scrape it, or use it against the law. We may change, limit or stop any part of MealPot.

Your data

How we handle your information is set out in the app privacy policy.

No warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes and contact
