The service
MealPot provides recipe guides, meal-planning content, a recipe backup tool, and — in supported areas — a grocery ordering service, available at getmealpot.com, through connected AI assistants, and in the MealPot mobile app. You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial use. Do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it in violation of applicable law. We may change, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Recipe backup tool
The backup tool reads the public recipe links, text, or files you submit and returns a result to your browser. It works with public recipe content — it does not access private accounts, and it cannot recover data you can no longer reach. Check the preview before you rely on any download. You are responsible for the content you submit; do not submit credentials or information you are not entitled to process.
Grocery ordering
Where available (currently the United States), you can ask MealPot to have your grocery list shopped and delivered. Prices shown before checkout are estimates; a shopper buys the real items and the actual availability, substitutions, and shelf prices may differ. You approve the order before any charge. Payment is handled by our payment processor — MealPot does not store your card details. Delivery windows, store availability, and fulfillment are not guaranteed and may be affected by the store, the shopper, and factors outside our control. Items that are unavailable are not charged. Follow food-safety guidance for anything perishable.
Content & accuracy
Recipes, quantities, nutrition figures, cook times, and cost estimates are provided for convenience and may contain errors or omissions. They are not medical, dietary, or allergen advice. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, verify every ingredient against its source before cooking or ordering. Recipe names and third-party brands are referenced for identification only and belong to their respective owners.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MealPot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Third-party services
The service links to and integrates with third parties — app stores, payment processing, AI assistant platforms that connect to MealPot, and the stores a shopper buys from. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which govern your use of them. Data handling is described in our privacy policy.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date below reflects the latest version, and continued use means you accept the current terms. Questions about these terms can be sent through getmealpot.com.
