Meals Hub login: use your store account, not Mealime

Which account Meals Hub uses

Meals Hub sits inside the store apps run by Albertsons Companies (Safeway, Albertsons, Vons, Jewel-Osco, ACME Markets, Shaw’s, Star Market, Pavilions, Randalls, Tom Thumb, Carrs and Haggen). It uses that store’s member account, the same one that holds your digital coupons and points. The store sign-in screen asks for the mobile number or email address you used when shopping in store or online.

Signing in on your phone

1. Open your store’s app and sign in, or choose the option to create a free account.
2. Tap More in the bottom-right corner, then Meals Hub.
3. Set your dietary preferences in the Meals Hub profile; they are not copied from Mealime.

Signing in on a computer

Meals Hub is also on the store websites. Open the store picker that Mealime links to, choose your store, and sign in on the store site.

What happened to my Mealime account

Mealime was discontinued on 21 October 2026. Its notice says all personal data is deleted when the app shuts down, and that certain preferences and settings need to be set up again in Meals Hub. It does not describe any transfer of favourites, notes or plans.

The recipes are not lost: every Mealime recipe is in Meals Hub, and every Mealime dinner is also rebuilt in our Mealime recipe archive. See Mealime login after the shutdown for the old app.

If you can’t sign in

Use the password reset on your store’s sign-in screen, check you are in the app for the store where your account was made, and contact that store’s customer support from Contact Us on its website if it still fails. More checks are in Meals Hub not working.
