Directions
- If you are not using a toaster, set the oven to broil on high and position the rack in the upper third.
- Lay the bread slices on a baking sheet and broil, flipping once, until lightly toasted and edges are golden, about 2 minutes; remove from the oven.
- Rinse the raspberries and pat them dry.
- Spread goat cheese evenly over each toast.
- Top with raspberries and drizzle with honey to taste.
- Serve the toasts on plates and enjoy.
