Directions
- Preheat the oven to broil and position the rack in the upper third.
- Wash and dry the raspberries, then place them in a small bowl with honey, cardamom, and cinnamon. Mash gently with a fork or potato masher until chunky and jamlike.
- Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and broil until toasted, flipping halfway through, about 2–3 minutes.
- Roughly chop the pistachios.
- Spread cream cheese over the toast, top with the crushed raspberries, and sprinkle with pistachios.
- Divide the toasts onto plates and serve.

- Make ahead: rinse and dry raspberries and mix with honey and spices a few hours in advance and refrigerate.
