- ½ small pkgchives
- ½lime
- ⅓ cupplain Greek yogurt

Directions
- Rinse the chives, dry them well, and mince them. Transfer to a small bowl.
- Rinse the lime and juice it into the bowl with the minced chives.
- Add plain Greek yogurt and mayonnaise to the bowl with the chives and lime juice.
- Stir in the dried dill, garlic powder, parsley flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the dip is smooth and well combined.
- Whisk everything until creamy and evenly blended.
- Arrange the cauliflower florets on plates for serving.
- On each plate, divide the dip and the cauliflower florets so they’re ready to dip at the table.

- Chop and juice the chives and lime up to a day ahead and refrigerate the bowl for easy assembly.
