Directions
- 1. Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil, add the pasta, and cook until al dente, about 8–10 minutes; drain when done.
- 2. While the pasta cooks, heat a skillet over medium‑high heat.
- 3. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
- 4. Add oil to the hot skillet and cook the onion, garlic, and broccoli with a pinch of salt and pepper until they begin to soften, about 3–4 minutes.
- 5. Cut the ham into medium pieces.
- 6. Stir in the ham and Alfredo sauce; cook just until heated through, 1–2 minutes, then cover and remove from heat.
- 7. Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss with the sauce and vegetables until well coated.
- 8. Divide the dish between plates or bowls and serve.
