  • 2large flour tortillas
  • ¼ (16 oz) pkgstrawberries

Directions

  1. Line up the tortillas on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a thin, even layer of peanut butter on one side of each tortilla.
  3. Peel a banana and place it at the edge of each tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortilla around the banana, creating a tight wrap.
  5. Lift the wraps and slice each into 3–4 pieces to form portions.
  6. Wash the strawberries, pat dry, and halve them.
  7. Divide the roll-up pieces onto plates and mound the strawberry halves beside them.
  8. Serve as a simple wraps-and-fruit combo for a quick meal.

Two tips

  • Prep the slices and halves ahead of time and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
  • If you have extra strawberries, serve a few halves on the side or add a thin smear of peanut butter to a berry for dipping.
