Directions
- Rinse and dry all produce. If some items came pre-washed, you can skip washing those.
- In a blender, combine cucumber with a splash of cold water and a drizzle of maple syrup; blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the peeled and roughly chopped pear to the blender.
- Squeeze the lime juice into the blender.
- Remove mint leaves from the stems and add them to the blender.
- Break the banana into chunks and add along with the spinach.
- Toss in the edamame and mango, then add a few ice cubes. Blend on high until everything is smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust if needed, then pour into glasses and serve.
