Ingredients

  • 12 fl ozalmond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 mediumcarrots
  • ½ cupcashews, roasted unsalted
  • 1 cupfrozen mangoes
  • 1 (1 inch) pieceginger root
  • 2oranges

Directions

  1. Wash and dry all fresh produce.
  2. Peel the oranges, remove the white pith, and cut into chunks to add to the blender.
  3. Peel the carrots and ginger, then chop both into pieces and add to the blender.
  4. Add the frozen mango, almond milk, cashews, turmeric, and four ice cubes.
  5. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and fully combined, about a couple of minutes.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve right away.

Two tips

  • If you prep ahead, store peeled oranges and chopped carrots in the fridge until whisk-ready.
  • For a warm finish, dust with a pinch of cinnamon before serving.
