Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine the oats with a pinch of salt and the maple syrup; cook over low heat, covered, until the oats reach your desired thickness.
- Wash and dry the second apple; core and cut it into medium dice.
- Roughly chop the roasted unsalted peanuts.
- When the oats are near done, stir in the peanut butter until fully melted and blended through.
- Divide the oats between two bowls.
- Top each portion with the diced apple and the chopped peanuts.
