- 240 mlfrozen mangoes

Directions
- Rinse all fresh produce and pat dry.
- Peel the orange, cut it into quarters, and add the pieces to the blender.
- Trim the pineapple: remove the skin and core, cut into large chunks, and place them in the blender.
- Pour in the coconut milk, add the frozen mango, and drop in four ice cubes.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve right away.
