Directions
- 1. In a small bowl, whisk mayo with black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until the dressing comes together.
- 2. Coarsely grate the hard-cooked eggs and stir them into the dressing until evenly distributed.
- 3. Grate the cheddar and fold it into the egg mixture until the filling is uniform.
- 4. Wash, dry, and trim the celery, then cut each stalk into 4-inch sections.
- 5. Spoon or scoop the filling into the hollow of each celery piece until well filled.
