Ingredients

  • ⅓ cupalmonds, sliced
  • 1 ½ cupsplain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ lbred grapes

Directions

  1. Toast the sliced almonds in a skillet over medium heat until lightly golden and fragrant, 2–3 minutes, then transfer to a plate to cool.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, and almond butter until smooth.
  3. Rinse the grapes, pat dry, and cut each grape in half.
  4. Spoon a portion of the yogurt mixture into serving jars or bowls to form the first layer.
  5. Top with the halved grapes and a portion of the almonds.
  6. Add another layer of yogurt, then another layer of grapes, finishing with the remaining almonds on top.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly for a cooler parfait.

Two tips

  • To prep ahead, toast the almonds and wash the grapes earlier in the day so assembly goes faster.
  • If desired, swap grapes for sliced berries or another seasonal fruit and add a bit more honey to balance sweetness.
